Note: Appointments will be scheduled only after a referral has been received by fax.

Why do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
We accept new patients by referral only (from walk-in/family doctor). You will need a letter of referral from your family doctor or walk-in doctor. Your doctor may send you to see a specialist if they think specific expertise is necessary to diagnose or treat you.
Once your doctor has faxed (647-361-0451) a letter of referral to Dr. Yeung's office, her office will contact you within approximately 2 weeks to schedule an appointment.
If your doctor has already faxed a referral, please kindly allow two weeks for processing before we contact you.
